Three quick and easy steps to becoming a customer for the first time

1. Register your details

It only takes 2 minutes. The registration form is here. Make sure to read the Ts and Cs before accepting them.

2. Arrange a Meet & Treat

This is a 30min familiarisation session and consultation combined. Once I have your registration details, I call or text to arrange a visit for you and your dog.

3. Book your groom

We normally pencil in a grooming date at the same time as booking your Meet & Treat.

What is a Meet & Treat?

I ask all new owners to bring their dog in for a familiarisation session before booking in a groom.

Your dog is welcome to sniff around and get used to the smells and sights of a new environment.
It means they will be more relaxed for their first groom.
You meet and get to know the person who will be looking after your dog, and to see my grooming area.
One of our values is Transparency - there is nothing to hide.
You get to tell me in person about your dog, any medical history, and how it likes to be handled.
I can assess your dog's temperament, and tolerance for different grooming equipment
Then I can plan how to groom your dog in the lowest stress way possible.
Anxious dogs, in particular, may need a bespoke grooming plan.
