These are here to protect the business from incidents that are out of our control, and to ensure that our time and materials are appropriately remunerated.

 

Costs are accurate at time of publishing (24 May 2025) but are subject to change at any time.

Extra Time Grooming Fees: Pro-rata based on hourly grooming rate.

Late Arrivals, Late Collections: £5 for every 5min delay

Matted Coats:

(i) Standard matting fee +£25 on top of hourly grooming rate (grooms up to 2h, to cover up to two blunted blades)

(ii) Shave offs over 2h: +£15/hour on top of hourly grooming rate
(iii) Blunted blades: +£12.50 per additional blunted blade

Manual Dematting: Pro-rata based on hourly grooming rate (30mins max)

Cancellation under 48 working hours' notice (Mon-Fri): Full grooming fee applies
